NG Sigma - which he doesnt seem to accept as a good game - while being done by one of his "grunts", runs better on the PS3 (1080p@60FPS) than NGII - done by him, "the master" - which has framedrops/slowdown on the "most powerful" console, the XBox360. Somebody please pull him out of Microsofts ass.
I agree. If somebodys game has to make it to the Top 3, I think Hideo Kojima deserves it.
But alas, I don't see it happening after all the reviews of sites who'll just give it a bad score to get some cheap clicks are in, it will be outbalanced.

Even if this is true, which I neither know nor care about, who wonders? Did anybody really think that the media alway tells you 100% of the truth? If, for example, there was a cutscene that would take two hours and Konami payed/"asked kindly" enough, all we would read would be "There are long cutscenes, that heavily emphasize the cinematic aspect of the game." Besides, I don't get why they release them so shortly after another (yeah, they wan money, I know).
They could just release one solid package of good songs along with the periphals and then just add DLC at a reasonable price until they can create a new game that really is a new game, not just a disc with new songs that doesnt work with your old instruments.

I haven't played since 6 days after it came out. I played through the main story (23:30, 60something percent) and since then, never played again. I agree the game was overrated and I am one of those who bought into the hype.
IMO, it's a solid 8.5/10. There is much new stuff I love but also lot of things I miss from the other GTAs.
But shhhhh, we are "haters" who just want to be cool when we say that we didn't think it deserved straight 10s.
